Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for autonomous systems.
- Lead research into next-generation Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 product suite, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate abstract requirements into concrete technical solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, integrating cutting-edge research into our production stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
