Your Mission
Lead the design and implementation of our proprietary AI ecosystem, specifically tailored for the demands of 2026. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design scalable, autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and self-correction in dynamic environments.
- Define the Agentic Stack: Select and integrate cutting-edge LLMs, vector databases, and reinforcement learning frameworks to build our proprietary core.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Guide a team of senior engineers and researchers in transitioning legacy systems to next-generation autonomous architectures.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer low-latency, high-throughput systems capable of processing millions of concurrent AI inference requests.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate emerging trends in 2026 technology (e.g., quantum-AI interfaces) and integrate them into our roadmap.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, conducting code reviews and architectural workshops for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems that handle high availability and massive scale.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated interest or experience in the 'Year 2026' AI paradigm, specifically Agentic workflows and autonomous decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for stakeholders and non-technical teams.
