Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure for the Year 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in research, development, and deployment of Deep Learning models.
- Optimize neural networks for high-throughput, low-latency environments using distributed computing.
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and governance models for AI safety and ethics.
- Collaborate with product strategists to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical blueprints.
- Drive innovation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision technologies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems handling petabytes of data.
- Strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
