Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for real-time, high-volume data processing.
- Lead a cross-functional squad in defining the technical roadmap and innovation strategy for The 2026 Initiative.
- Optimize algorithms for high-performance computing environments and edge devices.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and transparency.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to hybridize classical and quantum data structures.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation to ensure production-grade reliability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and generative AI.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
