Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced Algorithms: Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms integrated with classical machine learning models to solve optimization problems.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on quantum error correction, superposition states, and neural network integration.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with 2026+ technological milestones.
- System Optimization: Optimize quantum hardware usage to reduce noise and error rates, maximizing computational throughput.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or quantum computing (expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil is required).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-based quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, Google Cloud Quantum).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle abstract mathematical problems and translate them into robust, deployable code.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and leading cross-functional projects.
