Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Strategy: Lead the research and development of cutting-edge AI models, specifically focusing on long-term scalability and ethical alignment.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust neural network architectures capable of handling complex, multi-modal data streams.
- Lead a World-Class Team: Mentor and manage a team of junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Publish and Innovate: Lead efforts to publish high-impact research papers and drive patent filings in the field of future AI.
- Bridge the Gap: Collaborate closely with product engineering to translate theoretical research into practical, deployable applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI research, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and adapt research methodologies for emerging paradigms (e.g., quantum-inspired algorithms).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
