Responsibilities

- Oversee code quality, architecture reviews, and best practices across engineering teams.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Drive cloud migration and infrastructure modernization efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and manage technical debt.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
