Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with company long-term vision and industry standards.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance neural interface systems capable of real-time data processing.
- R&D Oversight: Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to optimize software algorithms for next-gen processing units.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading high-scale AI or machine learning projects.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++ with experience in quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve ambiguous, high-level technical problems.
