Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts affecting our industry vertical
- Produce executive-ready reports and visualizations translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs to capture cutting-edge insights
- Design and implement a continuous innovation pipeline aligned with long-term 2026+ market evolution
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and senior leadership with quantified impact assessments
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts to build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy with future-planning focus
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
