Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for technology and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in scenario planning and risk mitigation for future disruptions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for future intelligence
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives to prepare for 2026 business realities
- Represent company vision at global conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor futurist team while fostering a culture of strategic innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive board experience
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy (required portfolio)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
