Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for market impact
- Lead cross-functional teams in scenario planning for future disruptions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to translate future scenarios into tangible product pipelines
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-ready innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies in Fortune 500 settings
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and societal trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and board-level audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, books, journals)
- Experience leading remote global teams across time zones
