Responsibilities
- Develop and publish 3-5 annual trend reports predicting technological, economic, and societal shifts by 2026
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops using speculative design methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and global innovation hubs
- Mentor a team of 3 junior futurists while curating the annual 'Future Forward' summit
- Author thought leadership pieces for Harvard Business Review and WIRED
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide case studies)
- Expertise in systems thinking, behavioral economics, and exponential technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Sociology, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 80%+ accuracy
