Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via chat for local Columbus businesses
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing questions, and service issues
- Document interactions using Zendesk CRM with 99% accuracy

- Collaborate with Tier-2 support for complex escalations

- Monitor chat queues during assigned weekend shifts (10AM-6PM)
Qualifications

- 6+ months customer service or chat support experience
- Proficient in typing (60+ WPM) with excellent grammar skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with tech troubleshooting aptitude
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Must reside within 30 miles of Columbus, OH
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce)
