Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for Denver-area clients
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account issues with empathy and precision
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 95%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Meet/exceed 25+ calls per hour and 98% customer satisfaction targets
- Contribute to process improvements for weekend service workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience with weekend/shift availability
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Resilience under pressure during peak weekend service periods
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace required
- Must reside in Denver, CO or Georgia for local client alignment
