Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital communications from Austin-area customers
- Resolve billing inquiries, service issues, and product concerns with precision
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Contribute to process improvements through customer feedback analysis
- Represent the company with professionalism during all customer interactions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in local/regional markets
- Strong verbal/written communication skills with clear articulation

- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
