Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for Mesa-based clients
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with a 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with local Arizona partners to address community-specific needs
- Meet daily performance metrics including call quality and customer satisfaction scores
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance local service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in local or regional markets
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with Arizona cultural awareness
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
