Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and service complaints with empathy
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex account issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and service protocols
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk)
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
