Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for Baltimore/PA markets
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM with 99%+ data integrity
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 25+ calls/day, 90% CSAT, <60s AHT
- Collaborate with regional teams to address service gaps
- Proactively upsell solutions to retain Baltimore/PA clients
- Participate in weekly performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience (Baltimore/PA preferred)
- HS diploma; college degree a plus
- Type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Quiet home office with high-speed internet
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Availability for rotating weekends/holidays
- Must reside in MD or PA
