- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service disruptions promptly
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict data confidentiality
- Collaborate with local Dallas teams to escalate complex issues and improve processes
- Meet daily performance metrics including response times and resolution rates
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in Texas market preferred
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification a significant plus
