Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues efficiently using CRM systems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Provide product knowledge training to new customers
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Valid NV driver's license (if field visits required)
