Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service disruptions efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and drive solutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Actively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation and active listening

- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
