Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM system with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for local services
- Maintain deep knowledge of San Diego-specific service offerings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in local market
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish bilingual certification (highly desirable)
- Availability for strict Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-6pm)
