- Meet and exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
