Responsibilities
- Perform accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during night operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends (Friday-Monday).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to the role).
