Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally.

Qualifications

- Must be available to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 10 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
