Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal platforms
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT, AHT, and first-call resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance in all communications
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS and CRM software
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Flexibility for weekend/holiday coverage
