Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems and internal resources
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and knowledge bases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless issue resolution
- Participate in ongoing product and process training
- Maintain strict compliance with privacy and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
