Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account inquiries
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Maintain performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads on complex issues
- Adhere to compliance protocols and security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Background check and drug test required
- Reliable transportation to Tech Drive location
