- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily call volume and quality assurance metrics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Previous call center experience is preferred but we train!
