Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls with a positive and professional attitude.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisors.
- Meet or exceed daily call volume and quality assurance standards.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure a smooth night shift operation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
