Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and precision
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex escalations
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance in all communications
- Participate in weekly coaching and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Available for 4-5 night shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville
- Background check and drug screen required
