Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls during night shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on satisfaction and efficiency.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into the CRM database.
- Adhere to all company call scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues appropriately.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
