Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Enter accurate data and maintain detailed records in our CRM systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures while adapting to the unique needs of each customer.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but paid training is provided for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
