Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls regarding billing, technical support, and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 6 PM - 2 AM or 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
