Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, billing issues, and technical support requests
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and call resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
- Support after-hours emergency response protocols as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Type 45+ WPM with strong computer navigation abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Positive attitude and resilience during peak call volumes
