- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve product and service issues efficiently within established SLA guidelines.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software applications.
