Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless issue escalation and follow-up
- Adhere to SLA targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve support processes
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and tools
- Support multiple channels including live chat, email, and social media
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer support experience (chat/email preferred)
- Exceptional written communication and typing proficiency (60+ WPM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce
