- Resolve technical inquiries, billing questions, and product concerns efficiently
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions

- Meet performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product updates and company policies through continuous learning
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience (chat support preferred)
- Exceptional written communication skills with proper grammar and spelling
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with high accuracy
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated quiet workspace
- Comfortable working night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
