Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via secure chat platforms with speed and accuracy.
- Resolve technical issues and product questions for a diverse client base in real-time.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all written communications to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Log and document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support leads when necessary.
- Adhere to company scripts and quality assurance standards to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the technical team to improve service protocols and chat workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service (call center or chat support experience is a plus).
- Fast typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (for remote positions).
- Strong written communication skills and grammar proficiency.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
