Responsibilities
- Manage Live Chat Inquiries: Respond to customer messages in real-time through chat platforms with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve customer technical or billing problems via chat efficiently.
- Provide Product Information: Educate customers on product features, services, and policies using clear and concise language.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions into the CRM database.
- Escalation Management: Identify complex issues that require human intervention and escalate them to the appropriate department promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Review chat transcripts to ensure compliance with company standards and quality metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED certification.
- Previous Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or email support role.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, navigating multiple windows, and utilizing CRM software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written English skills with a strong focus on grammar, spelling, and tone.
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 35-40 WPM for efficient chat handling.
