Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Follow established call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required for trained candidates.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
