Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily for premier clients
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account inquiries
- Utilize Salesforce and Zendesk CRM platforms
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for escalations
- Document interactions in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Participate in weekly performance improvement coaching
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (call center ideal)
- Type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work 11 PM-7 AM shifts (Sun-Thurs)
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Spanish bilingual certification a major plus
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
