Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or technical teams when necessary.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., average handle time, first call resolution).
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during peak night hours.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
