Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a call center or support role
- Exceptional communication skills and active listening abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM) and occasional weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
