Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, empathetic demeanor.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night shift environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
