- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide paid training).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
