Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Follow established scripts and call scripts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Log customer interactions and account information accurately into the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to improve call center operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work a flexible night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if applicable for remote roles).
