Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy, even during stressful situations.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace (if remote).
