- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and chat during designated night shift hours.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and issues with patience and accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
