Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure all customer inquiries are resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Document detailed solutions and interaction logs in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when handling customer escalations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with ticketing systems.
